Job Description

Our Territory Sales Executive is the face of Auto-Chlor System to our customers. This role exists to expand business-to-business sales and grew new revenue through a protected territory. Auto-Chlor System will introduce you to our sales processes, unique and hands-on sales training, and a family company culture through teaching and mentorship to develop the skills you need to succeed in your career with Auto-Chlor System. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated and driven team as you build your foundation in sales and customer service.

Job Summary: Our Territory Sales Executive builds partnerships with customers and is dedicated to providing high quality service. They obtain customer information by a consultative approach with decision makers first hand to identify what products will best serve them. This position has an unlimited earning potential, with our base + uncapped commission structure!

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth, and customer retention to enhance the profitability of the market center. Identify opportunities to solicit new business through a consultative sales approach.

Effective Communication: Being an attentive and active listener, communicating effectively under opposing conditions through the internal/external communication process and be able to respond to changing demands. Communicate with the sales team and management relating to customers and reports on pending sales.

Service: Develop strong relationships with customers and deliver high quality service with a consultative demeanor. Ask questions to get a full understanding of the customers needs and provide valuable knowledge on the products and services we offer.

Compensation: 70,000-75,000 / year
