Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Tech
Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Tech for a long term contract in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be on site in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $25 - $30/hr.
Candidate will be handling Tier 2 tickets, imaging machines, configuring machines, and providing overall Tech Support. Must have 2+ years of IT support experience as well as experience with Win 11, Active Directory, and Google Applications (make sure it shows on the resume). Preferred candidate will have an Associate’s Degree and/or experience with VMware, Salesforce, or Okta.
Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer on a W2 basis without sponsorship (NO 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in Arizona, be able to work onsite in downtown Phoenix, and be able to pass relevant background check.
