Time & Attendance Supervisor

Job Description
This position is responsible for supervising members of the Time & Attendance team. Role is responsible for assignment of daily
Tasks, work schedule and work assignments to members of the team. Role will ensure employees are appropriately trained and able
to successfully complete jobs assigned. Role will monitor and assess employee performance, developing performance
plans to address deficiencies and improve bench strength. Role will establish workflow processes that support and
deliver to work business specifications.

In addition to supervisor responsibilities, this role will also perform senior level tasks including but not limited to the following:
Manage Time & Attendance processes for the Care PBM organization. Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure our department is up to date on attendance policies, state specific labor labor/pay policies and any other policies/guidelines that apply to non-exempt employee time and attendance. Ensure downstream team processes adhere to provided policies and guidelines. Partner with technical resources to any required updates to now stream databases and reports. Work with team to identify areas of process improvement and best practices. Lead in projects with various internal and external vendors when changes occur with any of the teams applications or policies changes. Will need to possess a working knowledge of all aspects of the time and attendance coordinator role to apply in projects with internal and external partners. Provide bi-weekly reporting on team metrics and SLAs to leadership.

Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience supervising a team
At least one year of related workforce planning and call center experience

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of:
* WFM system such as NICE IEX and Verint
* Call center Operations
* Knowledge of Avaya CMS Supervisor

Skill in:
* Developing workflows and processes
* Excellent Communication
* Technical Troubleshooting
* Experience as a liaison with cross functional groups.
* Experience working with labor and attendance type policies and guidelines.

Ability To:
* Function in ambiguous situations
* Multi-task in a fast-paced real-time environment
* Manage project(s)

Education
At least a High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
