Position Summary	TheUNM-Valencia Campus is seeking candidates for temporary, part-time faculty toteach 1000-2000 level Architecture courses. This will be a continuousrecruitment starting in Spring 2022 semester. The posting will remain openand applicants will be selected as needed per semester. Located about 30 milessouth of Albuquerque in rural Valencia county, the University of NewMexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of the University of NewMexico which functions as a community college in the region and is designated aHispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis on teaching excellence, ValenciaCampus offers academic transfer programs, technical vocational programs, AdultBasic Education, and Dual Credit High School/College courses to Valencia andSocorro counties. Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications: Masters, PhD, ABD or EdD in Architecture, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of architecture/drafting software packages. At least one year of successful teaching experience in higher education. A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity,inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diversecommunities.
