Position Summary	TheUNM-Valencia Campus is seeking candidates for temporary, part-time faculty toteach Information Technology courses. This will be a Spring 2025recruitment. Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia county, TheUniversity of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of TheUniversity of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the regionand is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis onteaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs,technical vocational programs, Adult Basic Education, and Dual Credit HighSchool/College courses to Valencia and Socorro Counties. The faculty andstaff serve a student body of over 2,000 students per semester. UNMhas earned the platinum-level distinction from FamilyFriendlyNM.org for itsworkplace policies.
Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (or tested experience) in Information Technology or related field Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of teaching experience. A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
