The New York office of Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a mid-level associate to join our trademark practice. We serve many well-known national companies, including major media, entertainment, technology, fashion and luxury goods brands. If you are seeking a collegial law firm environment where you can work closely with partners on interesting matters, we look forward to hearing from you. In this role, you will work alongside experienced lawyers in top practice groups who are invested in mentorship and professional growth.

We seek an attorney with a minimum of three years experience primarily with trademark litigation and enforcement. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset. An active member, in good standing, of the New York bar is required.
