The Training Administrator will plan, organize, direct, and maintain the internal and some external training programs provided by the organization. Advise Vice President/Clinical Director Team of the training needs. Design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate company training and development programs in accordance with state, Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) contractual requirements, agency policies, and industry standards and practices. Will work with staff and management to identify, assess, and address training needs of all employees, participants, interns, and volunteers while evaluating the effectiveness of training. Oversee training, development and conduct training programs for employees by conferring with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training.



  • Master's Degree in behavioral health field and Behavioral Health Professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to operate an online learning management system and provide online training is preferred.
  • Leadership skills to effectively direct employees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material.
  • Proven presentation and facilitating skills are required both online and in person.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, participants, and employees.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.
  • High level of effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Supervisory/management experience is preferred.
