Fully remote position candidates can apply from PA, OH or TX.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in the candidates time zone with some flexibility to meet business needs.
No weekends or holidays will be required.
Travel could be up to 25%

As a Trainer you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions to a uniquely defined designated audiences of learners. You will also collaborate with other trainers and design teams to ensure the successful development and transfer of learning from the classroom back to the job.

Additional responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions for designated audiences
- Initiate & participate in the administrative process of Aetnas performance management processes in new hire situation with appropriate business/educational management
- Oversee the classroom environment for long-term and complex training situations, managing all aspects of student performance and feedback to management
- Conduct performance analysis with business leaders to identify performance gaps, appropriate training interventions, and other variables to improve business performance
- Actively engage with curriculum design and development organization(s) to collect and coordinate subject matter expertise, to collaborate on and influence the design and development of curriculum and to ensure that the right curriculum is developed using the appropriate learning medium
- Revise and customize curriculum to reflect unique geographic, product and/or audience variations
- Work with local business leaders to align the performance variables required to transfer learning back to the job
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs during and at designated intervals after delivery
- Develop and conduct follow-up assessments to determine the effectiveness and, when appropriate, ROI of training programs
- Provide feedback from program participants and local business leaders to curriculum design and development organization(s)
- Participate in the development effort to enhance the curricula based on that feedback

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Medicare/Medicaid experience

Preferred Qualifications
Training, mentoring or coaching experience
Experience in using Next Gen systems or training systems

Education
- High School diploma or GED accepted with Medicare/Medicaid experience

- Associate or Bachelor degree
