POSITION SUMMARY

Safely transport inpatients for procedures in Radiology. Patients may be transported via bed, stretcher or wheelchair. Patient safety and dignity are to be maintained-at-all times. The transporter interacts with the patient's caregivers to notify them the patient is being taken down for a procedure. The transporter also notifies the caregivers upon the patient's return to their room and provides hand off with the Ticket to Ride form.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No experience required
• BLS required within 30 days of hire date
