$42. 36 - $59.64/hr

Job description:

The Trauma Program Manager provides leadership and management for the trauma service at the facility to assure optimal care for injured patients while meeting regulatory requirements from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the American College of Surgeons. Responsible for daily operations of the trauma program and the achievement of standards related to quality care, patient satisfaction, and fiscally responsible care delivery.

Minimum Experience RequirementsFive years of trauma program, emergency and/or critical care nursing experienceTwo years of previous leadership experience, preferredExperience with trauma registry and coding, preferred

Education required:

BSN

Master's degree preferred

License/Certifications requirement

CO RN license

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

TNCC required upon hire or within 24 months of hire/transfer

Member to a related professional organization preferred (society of trauma nurses, emergency nurses association, American association of critical care nurses, trauma center association of America, air and surface transport nurses association).

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Colorado Only: Pay Ranges between $28.85 - 40.62/Hr. Evening, Night and Weekend shift differentials available. The starting pay rate for this position varies based on experience, skills, and comparison to others who are currently in the same role. *

Qualified external applicants eligible for a sign on bonus cannot be a current or recent Centura employee to qualify. Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the specialty. Must be hired into a 0.50 FTE or above to be eligible. PRN positions are not eligible for bonuses.
