The Treasury Sales Associate Team Lead has management, leadership, and strategic responsibilities for team of Treasury Sales Associates (TSA) within the Treasury & Payment Solutions organization. The Team Lead works independently with considerable latitude, managing various initiatives and projects requiring the coordination of resources and deadlines. Provides direct leadership to team in managing their role in fee income, customer retention, new business development, service delivery, goal achievement, risk management and community engagement. Maintains collaborative relationships with Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and other internal partners.

Responsibilities:

* Direct team members to ensure exceptional enrollment of processes and service delivery

* Grows total TM revenue through effective coaching, client engagement and collaboration/partnership with internal partners/stakeholders

* Provide input on strategies for business, product, service, and implementation

* Overseeing team recruitment, training, and development

* Partners with TSOs and business partners to closely monitor and track volume, team performance and analyze trends

* Implement strategies and tactics to improve performance, efficiency, and partner engagement/interaction to drive revenue growth

* Lead/execute special projects and assignments as required

* Actively participate in the development of polices, programs, objectives, and strategic plans

Education, Experience & Skills

* Bachelor's degree

* At least 6 years of financial services experience

* At least 6 years of treasury management sales experience

* In-depth to advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services

* Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
