Responsible for the development, coordination, administration and management of a unit.

Major/Essential Functions
Provide counseling services (individual and group) to clients of chemical dependency intensive outpatient program (CD-IOP)
Keep accurate record of services provided, and maintain proper billing of clients with covered contracts, grants, and insurance programs.
Ensure that other counselors working for CD IOP are seeing clients as needed, and ensure compliance with grants and contracts for CD IOP.
Obtain funding sources to help continue to provide services to CD IOP.
Staff meetings with other counselors and leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Level degree in counseling.
