Unit Support Representative- NICU

If you do not have a clinical background but enjoy working in an acute care environment, a Unit Support Representative (USR) role may be the fit for you. A USR partners with team members to meet the needs of the patients and their families in the patient care area. This position is a clerical position that does basic tasks such as answering the phone and filing. The USR demonstrates sensitivity in dealing with the special needs of specific age groups (neonate, infant, toddler, child, adolescent, young adult, and elderly) and a patient population with various disabilities.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy and/or completion of a medical terminology training program.

Work Schedule: 12-hours, Nights, Varied
