Job Description

Overview

  • The Digital Solutions Team is looking for an experienced UX Visual Designer with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, UX design to design an end to end flow. The Visual designer will work with the Product Owner and the Senior UX Designer to create the end to end user experience for Digital Products that power will the ecommerce solution.

Role

  • Develop and apply general visual styles and interaction patterns, consistent with best practices and standards, and communicate that into detailed specs for engineering

  • Created detailed mockups, prototypes, and wireframes following a user-centered process to effectively communicate design ideas

  • Work with research teams to validate concepts, and execute iterations on learnings

  • Take input, requirements, and feedback from multiple stakeholders across different cross-functional organizations.

  • Participate in regular design reviews with a strong ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale effectively.

  • Create usable and understandable workflows

  • Design and iterate on different UX design efforts for the product from concept to implementation

  • Communicate design rationale and evaluate/address feedback from stakeholders

  • Work with cross-functional team to ensure designs are feasible, solve for requirements and drive fit-and-finish polish

  • Produce interactive prototypes (Figma, etc) to validate designs with users and stakeholders

  • Advocate for and ensure that your designs are compliant with accessibility requirements


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, visual communications, Human Computer Interaction, etc.) or relevant field 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • High fidelity user interface and interaction design skills A strong portfolio showcasing product design work,

  • Experience with Figma or similar product design software Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders (user researchers, other designers, product managers, engineers)

  • Experience working with complexity and determining constraints in ambiguous situations

  • Highly proficient in UI Design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, various prototyping tools)

  • Created wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and other UX deliverables

  • Experience creating UI design deliverables such as: Sitemaps, high-fidelity layouts, infographics, typography

  • Experience of web/mobile design

  • data visualizations, create engaging info graphics and information visualizations that clearly convey concepts/insights based on qualitative and quantitative data, redlines, greenlines, print layout
