Vice President, Human Resources w/ Tiffany & Co. (NY, NY). HR Mgr, providing regional HR Strategy & Leadership in the areas of organizational culture, talent strategy, & HR initiatives to support the co.'s bus. objectives for both Retail & Corporate. Reqs a Bachelor's deg or foreign equiv in HR, Bus., Bus. Acctg, or a rltd field. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-yr Bachelor's deg. Reqs a minimum of 5 yrs of exp as a Vice President or Director of HR, or rltd regional HR Mgmt position. Intermittent domestic & int'l travel to Tiffany offices.
