WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Care Team Coordinator, the primary responsibility of your job position is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facilitys social service program. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Activities Director in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activities Department.
THE MUST HAVES:
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
