Volunteer or Chaperone 2020-2021

IMPORTANT:

You will still need to contact the school at which you want to volunteer, to let them know you have filled out an application online. Volunteer/Chaperone applications cannot be processed without approval from the school office.

To apply, click Apply For This Position.  Then click under I am a new applicant, "Create New Account and Apply."  You will create an applicant profile, then click Save and it will begin the application.

*PLEASE USE YOUR LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME - and make sure the school knows your legal name as well, so they can approve you correctly.

Some classifications of Volunteers and Chaperones are required to submit to a Background Check. If your volunteer experience falls into one of these classifications, the cost of the background check is $45. Please contact the school office regarding the payment.

Chaperones: Field Trip chaperones must be at least 21 years of age. Background checks may be required, depending on the trip.

Sports:  Sports volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.  All sports volunteers must have completed two coaching certifications: Concussion in Sports and Fundamentals of Coaching. You can complete these two courses online at http://nfhslearn.com/courses. Please attach a copy of your valid AZ Fingerprint clearance card if applicable. 

Please upload your certificates to this Volunteer application. Applications without both certificates attached will be considered incomplete.
