Volunteer or Chaperones 2020-2021

Thank you for your interest in the Queen Creek Unified School District. We are excited that you want to volunteer with us. Please follow the steps below to become a volunteer/chaperone.

1. Complete Volunteer/Chaperone application
2. Contact the school where you would like to volunteer
3. QCUSD Human Resource Department will contact you regarding Background and Fingerprint clearance
4. Receive approval of Background Clearance from the Human Resource Department

IMPORTANT:

Volunteer/Chaperone must be approved by the site and Human Resources prior to being a Volunteer/Chaperone.

To apply, click Apply For This Position. Then click under I am a new applicant, "Create New Account and Apply." You will create an applicant profile, then click Save and it will begin the application.

*PLEASE USE YOUR LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME - and make sure the school knows your legal name as well, so they can process your application.

All Volunteers and Chaperones are required to be fingerprinted and consent to a Background Check. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the background check to clear.

Chaperones: Field Trip chaperones must be at least 21 years of age.
