Responsibilities
    • Completes reports and projects as assigned by Wardrobe Management.
    • Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies.
    • Perform all Wardrobe Attendants job duties, process new hires and terminations, and assure that the team members are attended to in a quick and positive manner
    • Assign new hires proper uniforms, ID badge, name tag, and if necessary tights and bus tickets
    • Create labels and seam press labels for all uniforms accurately track labels through InvoTech
    • Explain all processes necessary for uniform including dress code requirements, care instructions, ID badge, name tags, tights, locker information and if necessary, assist Seamstress with measurements
    • Assist team members with returning company property upon termination
    • Maintain composure and smile while interacting with fellow team members at all times, including, but not limited to while assigning or un-assigning uniforms, lockers and bus tickets
    • Facilitate dry cleaning and laundry of uniforms including scanning garments in/out, tracking items sent out and returned and follow up on items still outstanding
    • Accurately track bus ticket information and report bus activity daily to Payroll
    • Accurately track payroll deductions, including, but not limited to temporary team members who owe uniforms, ID badges, and name tags
    • Order and track Shoes For Crews orders including notifying team members when shoes arrive and working with Purchasing/Receiving to return shoes in a timely manner
    • Receive requests for ID badges and name tags, ensuring completion, and contact departments or team members after completion
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications
    • Minimum 2-3 years of previous Supervisor/Management experience required in wardrobe or clothing retail operations
    • Conflict management- Must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgment, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure. Requires the often-unbiased mediation skills to handle all types of conflicts that will occur at all levels of supervision and the ability to negotiate effectively.
    • Information Gathering-Must identify and utilize internal and external sources to improve and maintain the companys objectives.
    • Must be friendly, approachable and team oriented
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to lift heavy items
    • Must be able to hang, steam/iron, fold and sort uniforms and keep them in a neat and orderly fashion
    • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments
    • Must be able to work well with others and alone
    • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
    • Work with each department to meet their individual needs
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    • Ability to work in high volume, sometimes loud and ever changing environment
    • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
    • Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
    • Ability to speak and write English.
    • Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand
    • Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.
    • Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
    • Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands.
    • Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs
    • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed.
    • Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

    TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)

    • Minimum 2-3 years previous Supervisor/Management experience required in wardrobe or clothing retail operations
    • 1 year of experience in minor sewing procedures to include mending, measuring and button replacements preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and experience in Outlook and Excel to assist Manager as needed with email and reports
    • Must be able to learn the Stratton Warren System and InvoTech System
    • Ability to speak and write English and ability to alphabetize
    • Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand
    • Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
