Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for
performing warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, order pulling, packing orders and inventory
management. Efficiency and attention to detail is key in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform tasks such as shipping, receiving, sorting, picking, packing and labeling of goods.

-Enter data information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using desktop and handheld
scanners.

-Loading and offloading of ocean containers and truckloads.

-Use inventory and purchase order management systems regularly to update item information and
create warehouse receipts and cargo release documents for customer visibility.

-Take weight and measure of each shipment and update WMS system accordingly.

-Handle packing and labeling of shipments.

-Inventory Control

- Verify physical count of stock items received and carefully manage inventory
locations and counts.

-Perform material inventory and inspection when required.

-Work closely with Project Managers to arrange and ship expedited orders.
