About this Position:
Albion Staffing Solutions is in need of a Warehouse Supervisor to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area. This position will demand a hands-on Manager that can execute all areas of distribution and logistics performance. Strong attention to detail and logistics management required. The person will be dealing strictly with Receiving and making sure all documents and orders are being handle properly. The candidate must be flexible with the schedule and stay later if needed.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reliability with regulatory, and safety regulations.
- Timely delivery of products to customers with cost efficient management of an internal Process and to ensure products is shipped out on timely basis.
- Creation and execution of integrated plans for logistics, and continuous improvement projects.
- Responsible for standardizing operations processes and policies to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulation while achieving business excellence
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills: Communicate clear objectives, provide feedback, and suggest improvement for individual performance, coaches.
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong collaboration skills to get things done within a matrix organization
- Minimum 4 - 5 years, preferably in the food industry. Experience with FIFO, rotation and expiration of products.
Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facilities in Doral, FL.
