Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Salary: $65,000 +
Status: Full Time
Shift: Day (including weekends)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of a wide variety of products, perishable and non-perishable.
- Ensure clean, safe, organized warehouse operations at two locations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Prepare annual budget and manage monthly P&L.
- Ensure relationships are maintained in good standings with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Recruit, select, onboard, coach and motivate employees.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (inventory tracking, after-hour access logs, etc.)
* Proven work experience as a warehouse manager, 3+ years.* Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).* Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases, preferably Stratton Warren.* Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.* Maintain Colorado Gaming License & Food Safety Manager Certification.* Strong familiarity with OSHA regulations.
