Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and corresponding with buyer to rectify damages and shortages.
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records, including the warehouse inventory software.
- Aids in performing inventory of all warehouse materials.
- Issues supplies upon receipt of approved requisitions, pulls inventory issues, and delivers to appropriate department, and closes inventory issues within inventory software.
- Always keep storerooms clean and orderly.
- Conduct off property pick-ups.
- Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and other items.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Star Tribal Members.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of warehouse, stocking, or inventory control experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to obtain Forklift Certification
- Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of purchasing/inventory software systems preferred.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the companys choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-key Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission gaming license.

Equipment Used
- Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Tier lift truck and/or use hand truck (dolly) to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
