Pay Range

$32. 98 - $45.27/hr

The Web Analyst will be responsible for having a deep understanding of the needs within service line, hospital, clinic, etc., while simultaneously viewing requirements to determine if the core objectives will be met. This position has the important role to validate what the engineers and vendor(s) are creating adheres to the business objectives and approved direction by stakeholders throughout the process. The Web Analyst collaborates and can speak clearly and present easily with senior leadership, stakeholders, vendors, web engineers and Enterprise Marketing to implement and manage the business objectives. Success in this role requires an independent, collaborative, and agile learner who's adept at both big-picture planning and efficient detail management.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 4+ years' experience
• Expert skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Skilled in PPT presentations to easily tell the story to key leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience using data analysis, SEO and user engagement tools such as Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of website design, user interface design principles, usability testing, and web site technologies.
• Strong experience with Drupal or other open source CMS platform.
• Experience with Google Adwords and technical requirements to connect campaigns to all website conversion tracking
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience.
• Experience with digital competitor analysis tools such as SimilarWeb.
• Bachelors degree, required.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)
