The Web Content Manager is responsible for updating and maintaining the official websites of TBK Bank, SSB, its parent company and its subsidiaries (Triumph Commercial Finance, Triumph Insurance, Triumph Business Capital and TriumphPay). This includes overseeing website functionality, evaluating and managing website performance, as well as developing, maintaining and updating website content. The ideal candidate will have experience working with content management systems, building and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, and troubleshooting website functionality and performance issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing, updating and maintaining content of official TBK Bank, SSB website, its parent company and its subsidiaries (Triumph Commercial Finance, Triumph Insurance, Triumph Business Capital and TriumphPay).
  • Work with marketing operations team to build website process and procedures guidelines, including user guides and internal documentation.
  • Troubleshoots website issues in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Update website content as needed, including changes to copy, imagery, and headlines.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate content that is redundant, duplicate, does not meet compliance or ADA standards, or is negatively affecting the website performance.
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular performance testing.
  • Work with the CX team to collect customer feedback to improve the User Experience of each website on a regular basis.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the company and adjusts plans accordingly.
  • Manage external development team relationships and oversee development projects with agency partners.
  • Partners with the InfoSec/IT team to ensure the companys compliance and security requirements and standards are achieved while working in alignment with internal development team.
  • Other duties are included, as assigned by the CEO, President or management, according to the needs of the organization.

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years experience working with Content Management Systems such as Wordpress, Joomla and/or Drupal.
  • 4-6+ years experience in a banking/financial services/commercial finance environment preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape
  • Advertising or digital ad agency experience a plus

Skills and Abiltiies Required

Strategic Knowledge and Professional Abilities

  • Able to research, learn and understand the complex financial markets that TBK Bank and its divisions operate
  • Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and ability to make recommendations on appropriate updates for compliance as needed
  • Build alignment with the Executive team, Business Partners, Shared Services, IT, and Operational support, as well as within the Marketing and Communications group to identify opportunities for improvement to web presence
  • Robust understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, specifically as it relates to on-site updates and ongoing management.
  • Effective, professional verbal and technical written communication skills, with excellent writing and editing abilities
  • Able to work independently, applying education and professional experience to achieve outstanding results
  • Demonstrates highest level technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy, precision and complete projects on time and on budget
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe environment
  • Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), and JavaScript
  • Experience developing/managing marketing automation campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot preferred)
  • Open to learning and adopting new marketing concepts, processes and technologies to help advance the organization and specific strategies

  • High level of maturity and stability with an "optimistic" approach
  • A self-starter able to be both entrepreneurial and strategic in approach with hands-on experience
