Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Far Rockaway Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work either 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM on the weekends for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Far Rockaway, NY.
DUTIES:
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing/updating policies and procedures
- Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents & families
- Provide information to Residents & Staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules/regulations
- Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
- Maintain documentation of Resident care services
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 3yrs. Long-Term Care exp.
- Minimum 1yr. supervisor experience
- Must hold valid RN License
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: $72,000-$100,000
