Weekend RN Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evenings

Far Rockaway Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work the 7 AM - 7 PM every other weekend for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Far Rockaway, NY.

DUTIES:

• Maintain nursing guidelines by writing/updating policies and procedures
• Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents & families
• Provide information to Residents & Staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules/regulations
• Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 3yrs. Long-Term Care exp.
• Minimum 1yr. supervisor experience
• Must hold valid RN License
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
