Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Welder to work with an established manufacturing company based in Plant City, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Position Details:
- Job Title: MIG Welder
- Location: Plant City, Florida
- Schedule: Monday - Thurs 6 am - 4:30 pm, some Saturdays and Fridays as needed.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN WELDING EQUIPTMENT, STEEL-TOED BOOTS, AND METATARSAL GUARDS.
Candidates must complete a welding and measurement test during the interview.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Review project assignments/instructions from Team Leader
- Review drawings and welding details for projects
- Obtain an understanding of tasks given and develop action plans accordingly
- Set up welding machine and other required equipment
- Weld assemblies per the required standards
- Ensure work meets quality standards
- Consistently look for ways to eliminate waste and improve processes
- Operate welding and cutting equipment such as electrical and manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, grinders, etc)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of MIG welding experience is required
- Utilize hoist cranes, dollies, and other shop equipment
Requirements:
Must be willing to submit to and successfully pass a drug screen & background check.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
