Wellness Account Consultant (Public and Labor)

Works in partnership with a dedicated account management team to consult with a large existing public and labor account. Educates and/or consults with the customer on the best use of Aetnas current wellness offerings. Plans, implements, and evaluates wellness programs that reduce health risks, reduce health care costs, and reduce employee absenteeism due to illness, disability, or existing diseases. Coordinates health screenings and various health improvement programs and seminars. Delivers external training focused on wellness programs by preparing and presenting materials related to population health management.

Required Qualifications
Experience with implementation and evaluation of health and wellness programs
Ability to travel to client sites.
Knowledge of disease processes, illness prevention, and wellness promotion required.
Experience with Microsoft office products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years wellness program management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make a long-term commitment to the role.

Education
Undergraduate degree in a closely-related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent, related experience.

Examples include: Exercise Science, Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, Life Sciences, etc.
