Assists in the development, implementation, and promotion of education, wellness, and health screening programs for employees and reports to the Administrative Director of Operations. Will provide personal training and group fitness instruction, orienting clients on wellness center equipment, maintaining database to include data entry and auditing of client information; responsible for marketing, promoting and educating clients on the program. Assist in providing a full range of employee wellness promotion services including customer service, telephone and office reception, clerical, computer and record keeping, supporting employees, office, and Administrative Director.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Prior experience in wellness field Background in personal training and group fitness Excellent public speaking skillspreferred
Bachelors degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Physiology, Registered Dietitian, Sports Medicine or related fieldrequired upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
