ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
POSITION: Window Washer
PAY STATUS: Exempt PAY RANGE:
POSITION SUMMARY: Cleans all facility windows and surfaces, maintaining windows in a clean, orderly and attractive condition in all dealership work areas.
Window Washer; Monday Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to various dealerships throughout Tucson.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans daily work schedule to ensure all dealership interior and exterior windows are spotless and orderly.
2. Inspect physical condition of windows while cleaning and advises manager of any concerns.
3. Inventories stock of cleaning supplies ensuring adequate quantities and advising supervisor when supplies diminish for re-order.
4. Completes other duties assigned by the facility manager
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
2. Able to organize assigned task for completion with little or no supervision.
3. Be able to work in conditions involving outdoor and indoor working environments subject to bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing and pulling equipment in all directions for long periods of time.
4. Valid driver's license and insurability by employer's carrier. You will need to arrive at work on time at various dealerships throughout Tucson.
5. Cooperating and courteous manner with employees, managers, customers and all other individuals.
6. Directly works for the facility manager communicating verbally in person or by telephone the status of any assignments or concerns.
