Job Description Summary
Under direction, prepares daily wires for related to escrow funds for title closings in various markets. Posts all incoming escrow wires to files for daily title closings.Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Generate wire report for daily summary of outgoing seller proceeds wires
- Order wires for scheduled closings
- Validate ABA and Account numbers on wire instructions
- Enter Federal Reference numbers in SoftPro to confirm the wires were sent
- Work together as a team to ensure consistent work flow throughout the process and stay in constant communication with team members and management
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 2-3 years of wire experience or years in the Financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs, especially Excel
- Excellent math skills
- Good communication skills both verbal as well as written.
- Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping
- Must meet wire deadlines
