Are you looking for a career with a purpose? CVS Health has an opening for a Workforce Initiatives Advisor. This position is a member of the Workforce Initiatives Department who will fulfill the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health by attracting great people to CVS Health while developing strong loyalty with our community partners, customers, clients, and patients. You will develop and maintain critical regional collaborations and partnerships with government, non-government, and nonprofit national organizations that will foster diversity and inclusion and build a workforce reflective of our customers, patients and communities we serve. Under the supervision of the Senior Advisor, Workforce Initiatives, the Advisor will lead the development, implementation, and execution of the Workforce Initiatives strategy within a multistate market supporting all business units within the CVSH organization.

The Workforce Initiatives Advisors function includes driving the strategic and operational imperatives of Workforce Initiatives and building highly successful relationships that provide employment services and training to underserved communities. You will develop and maintain critical statewide collaborations and partnerships with government, non-government, and nonprofit national organizations. The Workforce Initiatives Advisor will develop pipelines of talent that will lead to thousands of people accessing meaningful employment opportunities. You will leverage Strategic CVS Health Business Leaders to identify partnerships and opportunities at the state and local level to creatively meet business talent needs.

The successful candidate will be able to:

-Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Identify potential strategic health, education, and workforce partnerships and initiatives across the business
-Nurture and influence stakeholder both internally and externally toward desired goals and outcomes.
-Manage a budget
-Serve as the point of contact for state, and regional external relationships/partnerships with government and community leaders
-Lead and manage a team

**Territory covers GA and SC**

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in either program management, retail, healthcare or community based organizations

3+ years of presentation experience to multiple audiences

Must be able to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications
USDOL, USDOE, State workforce systems

CVS Health policies, procedures and compliance standards

Experience leading compliance, legal and regulatory procedures and policies for a team

Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
