One of our clients is seeking a Youth Care Professional to provide service in Baltimore, MD.
HOURS

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
1. Provide mentorship and supervision of resident daily activities and behavior according to established guidelines and procedures.
2. Participate with coworkers as a team on implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic services.
3. Ensure resident safety and collaborate with coworkers to maintain an environment that is positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic.
4. Plan and participate in off-campus resident activities and assist in the transportation of client for home visits, doctor appointments, planned recreational activities, etc
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth
* Clean Slate Background Check
* Team Building: The ability to motivate all staff and to work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to the clients.
* Communication: Excellent oral, writing and listening skills.
* Organizational skills: An ability to work independently and to initiate actions to support the efforts of the staff and the clients.
* Interpersonal skills: An ability to relate with clients as well as all levels of staff.
