Position overview:
Shift Leads will work in conjunction with store managers to lead a team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining store presentation expectations. We strive to allow our team members to achieve their personal best. There are many opportunities for growth both personally and professionally at ZOYO Neighborhood Yogurt through our leadership development and skilled training programs.
Shift leaders will have duties that may include but are not limited to:
Customers
- Greets customers with a friendly smile
- Communicates with customers and fellow team members in a professional and respectful way.
- Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
- Responding to individual customer needs by engaging the customer and recommend appropriate products and/or services
- Able to educate customers on our core products and services.
Cleanliness
- Maintains a healthy work environment by adhering to all local health code requirements.
- Cleans and maintains all customer areas such as the lobby, toppings bar, restrooms and retail areas.
- Maintains cleanliness standards for all employee areas such as back room and storage areas.
- Performs regular maintenance for all equipment in order for machines to at optimal efficiency.
Products and Services
- Is knowledgable of all current promotions and products in the store.
- Engages customers with new or seasonal offerings.
- s able to provide relevant information regarding catering, local fundraising opportunities, or other ways to engage the local community.
