Job Description

Job Summary:

This position will gain hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful projects. This internship is designed to provide the incumbent with a thorough understanding of the essential functions of a Human Resources department within a corporate setting. This position will work closely with seasoned HR professionals and participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by reviewing applications and resumes.
  • Support the HR team in the administration of pay and benefits systems.
  • Help organize and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Engage in project work that supports HR initiatives, such as surveys, audits, and other research projects.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated interest in human resources and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Education Requirements:
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record.
