Accounts Receivable Clerk

Were hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our clients team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Accounts Receivable clerk
• Location: Southeast Houston area
• Pay: $21-$28 per hour
• Hours: M-F, 8-5
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Review and process invoices verify all information, check payment status, email invoices, filing of unpaid invoices, collections - calls/emails, post payments in QuickBooks; provide office support as needed
• Requirements: At least 2 years Accounts Receivable experience. Must be good with numbers and have a strong attention to detail. Proficient skills in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, Outlook required. Good tenure on previous jobs is a must.
