Administrative Assistant (Fully Remote)
Provide administrative support for the growth team including sales, account management, and sales support. Responsibilities include calendar management, expense report management, commission processing, travel planning and arrangement, building sales decks via powerpoint, tracking licensing and compliance, tracking enterprise deliverables such as engagement survey participation, completion of required training, working and coordinating with vendors such as FedEx, providing support and coverage for various departments as necessary. Responsibilities may extend beyond normal business hours as the team is national in all time zones.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, accountability
and strong ownership of the growth business details
including strong skills in expense reporting,
travel, commission and compliance experience.
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Internal
- Ability to manage several calendars simultaneously.
- Multi-tasking skills and flexibility.
- Ability to adjust quickly to an ever-changing work
