ADS - Charter Aircraft Sales & Shared Ownership (15472)
Cutter Aviation is searching for an energetic and knowledgeable Charter Aircraft Sales & Shared Ownership (CASSO) professional. The CAASO will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. As the external representative of our company, The CAASO will seek to firmly establish Cutter and themselves as the target markets first choice for charter and aircraft management services.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and negotiate aircraft management contracts for Part 135 and Part 91 Fleets.
Develop and build working relationships with new and existing customers in order to understand their requirements for charter, aircraft ownership and management.
Develop, implement and refine an effective charter marketing strategy.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP).
Develop Sales campaigns based on market characteristics.
Work with the company President and Flight Managers to formulate and coordinate programs to promote charter services.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions and networking events.
Monitor industry trends that may affect business strategies.
Stay up to date on competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Promote and sell charter block-time products.
Sales of non-exclusive shared ownerships for the Pilatus and HondaJet
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the sale of aircraft and/or charter services.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the listing and selling of turbine powered aircraft.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in negotiating sales contracts, agreements and partnerships.
Must demonstrate good judgment in balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the company.
Proven ability to interact in a team environment and work effectively with peers to accomplish objectives.
Must be a self starter able to operate with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize objectives, maintain focus and demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic.
Must be willing to travel (approximately 25-50%)
Possess proven skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships
Professional in appearance and mannerisms
Able to develop a friendly rapport
Have a sincere desire to assist customers
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to pass a drug screening test
Able to pass a background check
Clean driving record.
