CVS Finance Risk Adjustment Informatics team is currently hiring for an Informatics Advisor to join our team.

This role will act as an analytic team lead or mentor for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks in support of Risk Adjustment Operations.
-You will perform applied statistical research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interprets results, and makes recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas.

-Utilize data analytics to support internal and external audits
-Provide analytical support to clinical coders in identifying provider coding gaps and improving coding qualities.

Required Qualifications
-5 or more years of healthcare, health insurance, or relevant combination of experience
-Advanced SQL programming abilities in data warehouse or big data analytics environment, including use of statistical analysis techniques or business intelligence application development.
-Experience with healthcare Members, provider, Medical Claim and Rx data
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with CMS Risk Adjustment program

-Experience with SAS/SAS EG in data analytics and manipulation
-Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
-Masters or other advanced degree preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree required
