Admin, Intl. Bus., or rltd & 5 yrs of exp in the fld of agile methds in the semicndctr indstry or a rltd R&D-heavy indstry. Will accpt mast dgr & 3 yrs of exp. Exp must incl: Agile Methdlgies, incl. Design Thnkng, Scrum, Kanban, OKR/ASA, & Bus Dsgn/Innovtn; Implmntng Agile tchnques; Agile scaling methds; Running Agile prjcts; Lean mngmnt; Concptualiztn & moderatn of custmzed agile wrkshps & standrdzd trainings; Chnge mngmnt; Leadrshp coachng; Mngmnt or org chnge frmwrks (e.g., EFQM); Org of Hackathons or agile-rltd conferncs; Org of agile learning & knwldge shrng evnts; & Exp in agile prjct mngmnt tools (e.g., JIRA).
