Application Development Senior Advisors (Bloomfield, CT) Participate in phases of s/ware dvlpmnt lifecycle @ Cigna HLIC, incl req gathering, dsgn, coding, testing, & deployment of functionality. Work w/ biz partners & IT team members to understand systm reqs & deliver solutions w/in Agile methodology. Prvde tech solutions for production issues, enhancement & automation requests. Assist root cause analysis of incident tickets & defects, narrowing issues to core prblms. Review & analyze system solutions for code fixes for production issue & other supporting systm enhancements & automation. Make recs on acceptable risks in app & evaluate work done by team. Play tech role in operational support grp supporting IT apps. Review work of jr team members & guide by sharing tech and biz/functional knwldge & arranging knwldge transfer sessions to mentor team members. Participate in dsgn discussions & identify testing dependencies. Prfrm root cause analysis on defects & production issues. Identify & drive process imprvmnt opps related to testing. Maintain strong & collaborative relationship w/ delivery partners and biz stakeholders. Reqs MS Comp Sci, Comp Engg, or closely related field & 3 yrs post-BS exp w/ IT delivery in health care industry (or BS& 6 yrs progressively responsible exp). Qualifying exp must inclu: healthcare biz domains incl claims; AWS; Lambda; S3; Springboot; Angular; NodeJS; DynamoDB; and Mongo DB.Hiring reqss: drug screen / b-ground check.
