Major/Essential Functions
- Provides leadership of the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Provides patient care services in the area of pediatric hematology and oncology
- Participates in research and scholarly activities within the Department of Pediatrics
- Supervises advanced practice professionals
- Participates in the education of medical students and residents of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Paul L. Foster School of Medicine
- Ensures compliance with HIPPAA and billing regulations
- Demonstrate Professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicines Declaration of Faculty Professional Responsibility

Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. degree or equivalent foreign medical degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program
- Must have a Texas license or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Board Certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology by the American Board of Pediatrics
