Assisted Living Clinical Manager

La Posada, a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful Green Valley, AZ, is seeking a highly qualified RN to assume the position of Assisted Living Clinical Manager. La Posada has a unique model for assisted living with a typical assisted living unit, a memory care unit and a high level acuity unit staffed by LPN's around the clock. The Assisted Living Clinical Manager under the general direction of the Director of Health Services, is responsible for providing supervision and coordination of all aspects of nursing care and administrative and operational support to staff, residents and the public. In addition the person will have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills and will serve as a resource for our health care services.
