Job SummaryOperates under the auspices of enterprise led HR, meaning, our work will be connected and consistentacross our organization with our people being at the center. Our aim is to achieve an incredibleAssociate experience in which our associates, physicians and leaders can flourish and feel part of aconnected ecosystem. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and the hiring leader, this role isresponsible for managing and facilitating the onboarding processes for newly hired associates andtransfer process for current associates ensuring all applicable pre-employment documentation, testing,and related information are completed and integrated into the personnel file in a timely and accuratemanner. This role will be the conduit between the newly hired associate, leader and entity facilitatingthe onboarding process from offer letter to first day of orientation and is responsible for tracking andvalidating appropriate requirements as defined by the organization and specific role of the newly hiredassociate.

H. S. GED

Minimum Experience Requirements

2 years of experience in an HR, Recruitment, Staffing or Administrative support roleProficiencies with computer- MS. Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms preferredDemonstrated attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability tointeract at all levelsAbility to multi-task with strong time management and organization skills

6 month contract
