The position of Associate Liaison operates under the auspices of enterprise led HR, meaning, our work will be connected and consistent across our organization with our people being at the center. Our aim is to achieve an incredible Associate experience in which our associates, physicians and leaders can flourish and feel part of a connected ecosystem. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and the hiring leader, this role is responsible for managing and facilitating the onboarding processes for newly hired associates and transfer process for current associates ensuring all applicable pre-employment documentation, testing, and related information are completed and integrated into the personnel file in a timely and accurate manner. This role will be the conduit between the newly hired associate, leader and entity facilitating the onboarding process from offer letter to first day of orientation and is responsible for tracking and validating appropriate requirements as defined by the organization and specific role of the newly hired associate.What You Bring/Job Requirements
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an HR, Recruitment, Staffing or Administrative support role
- Proficiencies with computer- MS. Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management and organization skills.
- High School Diploma or GED is Required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
