Associate Program Director

Associate Program Director sought by Physicians Network Medical Group, Inc. d/b/a Adventist Health Medical Group, at Hanford, CA to be responsible for: Collaborate with the Program Director in the overall mgmt & administration of the Family Medicine Residency Program. Provide supv'n, mentorship, & support to residents, assisting them in achieving their educational & professional goals. Participate in curriculum dvlpmt, implmtn, & evaluation to ensure compliance w/ accreditation standards & best practices. Coord & oversee resident clinical rotations, ensuring exposure to a diverse range of clinical experiences. Facilitate didactic sessions, workshops, & other educational activities for residents. Participate in resident recruitment, selection, & evaluation processes. Assist in the dvlpmt & implmtn of scholarly activities & research opportunities for residents. Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives & participate in institutional committees as reqd. Maintain compliance w/ accreditation reqts set forth by the ACGME. Requirements: Medical Degree or foreign equivalent, & Medical License (or in the process of obtaining the license) issued by the state of California. Annual wage: $210,018 - $439,468.
