A normal day at the lot

A great employment opportunity for the right person with the largest BHPH auto sales in the valley. Our program is second to none. 25% of our business is previous customer referrals, and there are leads daily. Our average sales person has been employed for 10 years, so we are NOT a high turn over employer. Commission averages $50-$60k per year and there are no meetings like a large store, no calling old sales logs or craigslist for appointments, no working on your day off.
We will train you on our program for approx 2-3 days and then let you run. Sales Representative you'll spend half your time on the phone, answering questions and following up on leads helping inform customers about their options. We help customers with credit issues and previous repo's....we are the bank. The other half will be interacting with customers in person, making them feel comfortable, working out financing options. While your ultimate responsibility is to sell cars, you'll find that you accomplish this just by providing exceptional customer service.
Hours are M-F 9am -7pm, SAT 9am-6pm and Closed on Sundays. Day off during week and also on Sunday, plan on approximately 50 hours per week.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to legally and safely operate company vehicles in performance of the sale or transfer of vehicles (both manual and automatic transmissions)

Proficient computer skills

Attention to detail

Provide timely follow-up with customers
Be able to read, write and speak English - B-lingual in English/Spanish a plus
Must be able to maintain vehicle sales quota according to dealership standards

Must maintain a professional personal appearance

Valid Arizona Driver License

Must be over 18 years of age

Successfully pass a background check and employment verification (Strictly confidential to your current employer).

Desired Skills:

Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the workforce

Face-to-face sales/customer service related experience in industries like retail, hospitality, wireless, or call center, ideally including in-person and over-the-phone experience with customers

Little to no "typical" car sales experience

Thirst for career development and continuous learning

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
