Job Description
The Associate Vice President of Real World Evidence is responsible for contract achievement and revenue delivery of CVS Real World Evidence business. They will manage a team of 50+ individuals with functional responsibility for client management, data science, biostatistics, scientific review, medical writing, government/safety/surveillance, product development, pricing, and project management. They will need to build the necessary team, performance standards and infrastructure to ensure CVS can grow and scale its Real World Evidence business.

Further, they will be a strategic thought partner to the CTS leadership team in developing the overall Real World Evidence strategy and products. Using their understanding of the industry and various client types, they will guide the development of several Real World Evidence products where CVS can differentiate most. They will oversee the capabilities development necessary to scale the business which includes introduction of new technology products, data asset expansion and further development of CVS data science capabilities.

Travel: amount required based on business needs

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 157,800
Maximum: 347,200

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* Real world evidence experience
* Management experience overseeing teams greater than 5
* Strong knowledge of drug commercialization in pharma
* Analytical/data science background
* Epidemiology background
