Job Description
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a mid-level associate attorney with at least three years of experience to join its Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. The group is collegial, fast paced and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and promotion. Experience in financial services transactions, including credit card program agreements, loyalty coalition agreements, payment processing agreements, and technology and licensing agreements is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates must have experience with drafting complex commercial agreements. Excellent academic credentials are required.
